The months of October and November have become known as Storm Season which means the only cocktail to be had this month is THE DARK AND STORMY!!
A sailor named this cocktail because he thought it was ‘the colour of a cloud only a fool or dead man would sail under’. The ‘dark’ refers to the rum and the ‘stormy’ referred to the ginger beer.
Ingredients:
10ml Lime Juice Add spiced rum, ginger beer, lime juice and ice to a glass
150ml ginger beer Stir, then garnish with the lime wedge and crystalised
30ml spiced rum ginger on a skewer
